Insurance Claims Assistance

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL services

We're here for You when you need us Most.

We specialize in helping homeowners that have an insurance claim on their house restore their properties to pre-loss conditions. We’re there to guide you through the process and take the pressure off of a stressful time. And because of the decades of combined experience that we have in the industry, we have built relationships and developed mutual trust and respect with many of the insurance adjusters in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. If you have an insurance claim, we will come to every adjuster meeting with you, help you complete paperwork, and be there to answer any questions you have. Our process includes the following:

FREE INSPECTION
With decades of combined experience, our Project Managers take the time to inspect every restoration project at no charge to the homeowner. The Project Manager will develop an individualized plan and will see you through to the completion of your project.

YOUR ADJUSTER APPOINTMENT
If you decide that you are going to make an insurance claim for your project, then you will schedule an appointment for an adjuster to come to your property.  A representative from Trinity will also attend this appointment. We have developed phenomenal working relationships with the adjusters in the Jacksonville area, and our reputation with these insurance companies speaks for itself.

UPGRADING YOUR SHINGLES
At Trinity, we do more than replace your shingles. Every roof is installed with the Owens Corning Total Roof Protection System, an integrated system of components and layers designed to help perform in three critical areas.

Unlike most roofers, Trinity Restoration & Roofing gives more VALUE by “up-grading” with the highest quality shingle on the market at no charge. We provide all of our customers with top-of-the-line Owens Corning Duration Shingles with SureNail technology engineered with exceptional wind resistance of a 130-MPH wind warranty.
