At Trinity Restoration & Roofing, our experienced Project Managers will inspect your roof at no charge and leave you with a comprehensive, personalized report with photos and free estimates. There is never any pressure or obligation. We just want to offer phenomenal service and provide you with the information you need to make the decision that is best for you. If you are dealing with any of the following issues, it is time to contact us for your free inspection:

  • Missing or damaged shingles: Check for any shingles that are cracked, curling, or completely missing from your roof.
  • Age of the roof: If your roof is approaching or exceeding its expected lifespan (typically 20-25 years for asphalt shingles), it may be time for a replacement.
  • Leaks or water damage: Look for signs of water stains on your ceilings, walls, or in the attic. Persistent leaks could indicate underlying issues with your roof.
  • Excessive granule loss: If you find an excessive amount of granules from the shingles in your gutters or around your property, it could be a sign of aging or deteriorating shingles.
  • Sagging or uneven roof surface: A visibly sagging or uneven roof can be a sign of structural problems and should be addressed promptly.
  • Increased energy bills: If your energy bills have been consistently rising, it could indicate poor insulation or ventilation, which may require a roof replacement to address the underlying issues.
  • Mold or moss growth: The presence of mold, moss, or algae on your roof can be a sign of trapped moisture and potential roof damage.
  • Constant repairs: If you find yourself frequently repairing various issues on your roof, it may be more cost-effective in the long run to invest in a roof replacement.
  • Visible signs of damage: Look for signs of cracking, blistering, rot, or decay on your roof. These issues can compromise the integrity and functionality of your roof.
